Refund policy

RETURNS AND WARRANTIES

  • All Goods are inspected prior to despatch. Returns will only be accepted for damaged or defective Goods where that damage or defect has arisen prior to the risk on those Goods passing to the Stockist (“Damaged Goods”).
  • Reclaym Home within 7 days of receipt of the Goods, and a return authorisation requested for the relevant Goods.
  • If a return authorisation is issued by Reclaym Home, the Stockist must return the Damaged Goods within 14 Days of issuance of that authorisation, in unused, unmarked, in original condition.
  • The Stockist must pay for the return of the Damaged Goods, however, if inspection of the Goods by Reclaym Home reveals damage or defect that occurred prior to passing of risk, Reclaym Home will replace the Damaged Goods at no charge to the Stockist, and will pay the delivery charges for the replacement Goods.

 

  • All warranties, guarantees, representations and implied terms, except those which are non-excludable in law, are excluded. If the Goods are defective or do not meet such non-excludable warranties, guarantees, representations or implied terms, we will refund the price or repair or replace the Goods, and this is the limit of Reclaym Home's liability in all circumstances. 
  • In no circumstance will Reclaym Home be liable for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind, including loss of revenue, profit, expected savings or any other form of consequential, special, indirect, punitive or exemplary loss or damages, however it arises (including as a result of negligence).

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
