• The Stockist acknowledges that the appointment as a Reclaym Home stockist; meaning that sales of Reclaym Home products may be executed in a retail space and online store.

• The paragraph above, does not restrict the promotion of Reclaym Home products via social media or other media (including online), provided that the Stockist complies with these terms, including, but not limited to all relevant clauses.

• The Stockist may be referenced as; defined in equal connotation as customer, client, purchaser, they, you, your, wholesaler, retailer.

• Exclusivity of the sale of Reclaym Home products is at the sole discretion of Reclaym Home and is agreed upon in a case by case basis. This may; but is not limited to; depend on proximity to other Reclaym Home Stockists and the supply / sale of limited distinct lines.

ACCOUNT OPENING & PAYMENT TERM

• The Reclaym Home Stockist application can be accessed via the website www.reclaymhome.com or via sales@reclaymhome.com.

• Your Stockist application will be reviewed and approved before you can place your first order. Please allow up to 3 business days to review of your application. Your application will depend, but is not limited to, the proximity to other Reclaym Home stockists.

• Once your account is activated, you will have 30 days to place your first order before your account defaults into an inactive status. Stockists who do not place an orders regularly (every 90 period) may be deemed inactive and their account deactivated. This may require you to reapply to be a Stockist.

• All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.

• The appointment as Reclaym Home Stockist may be terminated by Reclaym Home on 30 days written notice, or immediately by written notice in circumstances where the Reclaym Home Stockist has breached these terms, become insolvent, or has otherwise conducted its business or the sale of Reclayn Home goods in a way reasonably likely to damage Reclaym Home image or reputation.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

• All orders must be submitted and paid for through the website www.reclaymhome.com. 

• You must be an approved stockist of Reclaym Home to view the website.

• Submission of an order creates an offer capable of immediate acceptance by Reclaym Home.

• A binding contract for each order is formed upon Reclaym Home confirmation (including by email), that the order form has been accepted (all items specified on an order form referred to as the “Goods, Items, Products, stock”).

MINIMUM ORDER

• Stockists are required to place a minimum order value that exceeds $300. 

• All prices are listed in AUS (Australia) dollars.

• All orders are subject to frieght paid by the Stockist.

 

RISK & TITLE

• Risk of all Goods passes to the Reclaym Stockist on delivery to the address specified on the order form.

• If our delivery service is unable to locate anyone at the delivery address the Goods may be left at that address, which shall constitute delivery. Reclaym Home does not accept liability for any loss, theft or damage to the goods after that time.

• Title to the Goods does not pass until Reclaym Home has received payment in full for all Goods and delivery charges in accordance with the applicable Order Form.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Reclaym Home is a trademark licensed to Stoneage Ceramics International H.K Limited. A Stockist has no rights to any of Reclaym Home intellectual property, other than a revocable license to use the Reclaym Home trademark, and logo, solely in connection with the sale of Reclaym Home products, and strictly in accordance with these terms and any other directions from Stoneage Ceramics International H.K Limited in relation to trademark usage and marketing materials. 

• The Stockist may use images of Reclaym Home for the purpose of social media marketing where the image is of the Reclaym Home product that the Stockist is trading only. No other images can be used without prior written consent of Stoneage Ceramics International H.K Limited.

 

GENERAL

• These terms and conditions, the pricing of all Orders and all communication with Reclaym Home or Stoneage Ceramics International HK Ltd are confidential and are not to be shared with any third parties without our consent. This includes but is not limited to the sharing of access and passwords to the Reclaym website.
